Jumbo Tours has today announced the opening of its New York and Miami offices following the recent incorporation of Jumbo Tours USA. The two new offices of the Mallorcan company are the start of an expansion plan that will reach other North American destinations such as Las Vegas.
These new openings are the result of the efforts made by the company during the pandemic, when it created key agreements between suppliers and customers, and developed a strategic plan based on the reorientation and focus on its DMC (Destination Management Company) activity, according to Jumbo Tours.
Thus, through JT USA, the company offers its clients a wide range of services in the United States, such as personalised assistance, transfers, excursions, tours, hotel bookings and tickets to shows, among others.
At the head of this project is Jònatan Casacuberta, who has been in charge of the implementation, not only of the legal and corporate side, but also of the operational and resource organisation. In addition, his responsibility will be to manage all Jumbo Tours’ activity in America.
These new offices are in addition to those the company already has in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco, Cape Verde, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Cuba.
According to Ginés Martínez, CEO of Jumbo Tours Spain, this is a big bet that strengthens the group’s position.
The CEO highlights that during the last two years, the company has worked internally to create the product and prepare the teams, “so that the launch of JTG USA is 100% effective and operational from day one, guaranteeing the standards of quality, competitiveness and knowledge of the destination that JTG offers in all the countries of the world where it is present”.
