Jumbo Social Media Draw Terms and Conditions
Read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in a JumboBeds Sweepstakes through social networks (a “Sweepstakes”). If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, you must not participate in the Sweepstakes. Please note that our Terms and Policies set forth at www.jumbobeds.com/ES/termsAndConditions.m will continue to apply for your use of www.jumbobeds.com (the “Website”) and for any reservation you make on the website. The promoter of each Draw is Jumbo Tours España s.l.u., Gran Via Asima 4 B 2º, Polígono Son Castelló, 07009 Palma de Mallorca, Baleares, Spain (“Jumbo”).
REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE: In the Sweepstakes, only residents of Spain who are at least 18 years old can participate. Participants must duly complete the steps established in the Sweepstakes publication (the “Publication“) in order to be chosen Winner. The Publication will set the deadline to participate in the Sweepstakes, the number of Winners (the Winner (s)) and when they will be announced. When the likes, labels and / or comments are part of the instructions to participate established in the Publication, said likes, labels and / or comments must be made in the original Jumbo Publication in order to be chosen Winner, otherwise any Like, tag and / or comments made in a copied or shared publication, or other than the original publication, will not be taken into account. Jumbo employees and their immediate family members, and anyone professionally related to that Sweepstakes are excluded from the Sweepstakes. The Winner / s may be requested to present their identity document. No purchase is required to participate. Participations made from the trade in the activity, consumer groups, third parties, intermediaries or shares automatically generated by computer procedures will not be accepted. Mass participations are not allowed.
THE PRIZE: The Winner / s will have the right to receive a Prize, the details of which will be established in the Publication (the “Prize”). There may be one or more Prizes available to win, which will be established in the Publication. The Winner / s will be randomly selected from all valid entries made in the Publication.
When the Prize consists of a specific service, the date on which that Prize can be redeemed will be subject to the availability and specific terms and conditions of the Associated Company where the Prize will be used. In the event that the Winner (s) wishes to choose a service superior to the value of the Prize they have won, they will be responsible for paying the difference to reach the total amount of the treatment. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner (s) to communicate before receiving the Prize any medical or health-related condition and / or special needs of the recipients of that Prize that may affect or be affected by the Prize (for example, without imply a limitation, information about allergies and health problems). SELECTION OF THE WINNER / S: The Winner (s) is / are always randomly selected once the Draw is over. It will be announced as the Winner in the original Jumbo Publication within the term set forth in it. The Winner (s) must respond within the period established in the Publication announcing the Winner (s) to accept their Prize, after that period the Prize cannot be accepted and will be offered to another person. The Winners must respond with their full name and email address (and the postal address if necessary for the delivery of the prize) in order to receive their prize. When a postal address is required to send a Prize to a Winner, not providing it within Spain will result in the loss of the Prize. The award ceremony will be subject to availability and possible changes at the discretion of Jumbo.
DATA PROTECTION: If you choose to participate in a Sweepstakes and are selected as a Winner, Jumbo will ask you to send your full name and email address and also your postal address when necessary for the award. If you do not have a JumboBeds account you will be required to create one before receiving your Prize and you must inform Jumbo of the email address you used to register. Personal information will be collected, processed and used by Jumbo as Responsible for the Treatment in accordance with the Jumbo Privacy and Cookies Policy that can be consulted here: www.jumbobeds.com/ES/privacypolicy.m By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing the personal information mentioned above, you accept, receive communications about the Sweepstakes and receive your Prize from Jumbo.
In the event that a Sweepstakes is carried out in collaboration with another brand, we will notify you in the Publication. To the extent necessary to provide the Winner (s) with their Prize (s), we may have to share your personal information with the brand with which we collaborate, but this will only be done when the Prize (s) they must be sent directly by it or where the Prize (s) must be exchanged directly with the collaboration of the brand. Proof of shipment does not constitute proof of delivery. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to participate at your own risk. Jumbo’s liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, for falsehood or any other liability is excluded, except those cases not allowed by law. Likewise, Jumbo will not be responsible for the participation of a person (or inability to participate) in a Sweepstakes, as established by law, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other damage related to or arising from a Sweepstakes. or your participation in it.
DIVISIBILITY: If it is determined that any part of these Terms and Conditions is not admissible under the law, all other parts of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected and will remain in force.
APPLICABLE LAW: The Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Both parties agree that, if there is any claim, dispute in relation to the Draw or these Terms and Conditions, will be governed by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
