Alpitour consolidates its investment in protecting the environment
The group has achieved a 20% reduction in air fuel consumption with NEOS’ new fleet of environmentally friendly aircraft.
Respecting and protecting the environment is one of the Alpitour Group’s main concerns. Over the years the Group has been investing in state-of-the-art technology to this end. The new fleet of environmentally friendly aircraft belonging to Neos, a member of the group, is one of the most recent efforts made by the group to minimise its ecological footprint. Thanks to aircraft such as the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, fuel consumption has been reduced by 20% on each flight, a major step forward in terms of environmental care. The VOI Hotels chain’s policies on ecological sustainability, which Alpitour has also reinforced its investment into, are further evidence of the group’s involvement in respecting and protecting the environment.
